In our yoga practice, we dive into mindful breathing techniques that not only calm the mind but also empower you to navigate the waves of contractions with grace and strength.

Let's replace fear with positivity! "The energy you bring, positive or negative, dictates your perceptions, receptions, and radiations," affirms Israelmore Ayivor. Start your day with affirmations like "My body knows how to birth my baby" or "I trust in my ability to bring life into this world." The power of positive self-talk is truly transformative.

As a Doula, I've witnessed the incredible impact of a strong support system on birthing experiences.
